A Day Together Beyond the Office
Our first team day out was a chance to step away from daily tasks and spend time together in a different setting. With a Hikkaduwa lagoon safari and adventure kayaking on the programme, we had something new to experience as a team.
At UNIC Digital Solutions LKAY (Pvt) Ltd, much of our time together revolves around projects, ideas and deadlines. This outing gave us space for informal conversations, shared experiences and getting to know one another beyond our work roles.

Exploring Hikkaduwa’s lagoon brought a welcome change of pace to our usual routine. The safari and kayaking added an outdoor adventure to the day and gave us a shared experience to look back on.
It was an opportunity to enjoy the surroundings, try something different and make memories with the people we work alongside.
Making Time for Team Connections
Working together means more than completing tasks. Taking time to connect outside the office helps us understand each other and build stronger relationships. Our first outing was a chance to make that time.
